Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add the banana to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to smash it.
Add the egg and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the banana and mix together, then add the baking powder and stir together.
Place two cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and divide the mixture, filling up 3/4 of the way full.
Bake for 20 minutes, then let the pupcakes cool.
Mix together the cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Frost the cupcakes.
Add a piece of Pup-peroni to each pupcake and sprinkle with bacon pieces.
