Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Add the milk chocolate chips, Nutella and sweetened condensed milk to a saucepan on low heat. Stir until it is melted together and add the pinch of salt.
Pour the fudge into the baking pan, then add the chopped hazelnuts.
Refrigerate for 3 hours, then cut into bite size pieces.
