“Frozen” Bark

Sharing is caring!

Frozen is such a popular Disney movie. Now that Frozen 2 is out the madness has returned! This Frozen Bark is the perfect addition to a Frozen themed party.

I took both of my daughters to see the first one, but my older daughter passed on part 2. I can’t blame her, she’s 17.

Going to see Frozen 2 is what inspired me to make this Frozen Bark.

I’m not a baker, so I promise you this is easy. I don’t even have a double boiler, but I managed to melt the chocolate no problem.

This is what I used for the Frozen Bark:

I love that the colors of the Frozen Bark match Anna and Elsa. It’s so cute!

The first step in making the Frozen Bark is to melt the candy melts. You can do it one of two ways.

Option #1 is to follow the instructions on the bag of the candy melts and use the microwave.

Option #2 is to use a double boiler. If you don’t have one you can make your own. This link has some great tips on making your own double boiler.

I used a makeshift double boiler to melt my chocolate. I wanted all 3 colors melted at the same time.

While the chocolate was melting I lined a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Once my chocolate was melted I started adding the white to the baking sheet.

I wanted to keep the blue and lavender separate so I left some space in the middle. Next, I started adding the blue and lavender.

Once I had all of the colors added I swirled the colors together using a butter knife. I wanted the colors to mostly show for the Frozen Bark, but I also wanted little pops of white to represent the snow.

The last step was to add the sprinkles to the Frozen Bark. After that you let it sit for 1-2 hours, until it hardens.

Finally, you can break up the bark into pieces. It was so fun and easy making this Frozen Bark!
